RETURNS

Items with tampered labels cannot be returned.

You have 15 business days from the date of delivery to request a return for any item.*

To initiate a return, please access our form (here) and fill in the text boxes with your order ID and the email address used for the purchase.

All returned products must be in good condition and with their original packaging and labels.

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email informing you of the refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.

The refund amount will be the price of the returned product minus the corresponding return shipping cost.

Return Costs:

Returns for orders from Spain are free if picked up in-store, €4.95 if you request home collection, and €3.95 if you drop off the package at a collection point.

Returns for orders from the EU cost €15.

Returns for orders from any other country cost €25, and €45 in the USA.

EXCHANGES

If you want a different size, color, or model, you must initiate a return and place a new order.

All exchanged products must be in perfect condition and with the original packaging and tags.

Exchanges in Physical Stores:

You can exchange or return items free of charge at any of our stores in Barcelona, Bilbao, Girona, Madrid, Málaga, San Sebastián, Santander, Valencia, and Palma de Mallorca.

Please provide your order number to our sales associates. When the store notifies us of the return, we will issue the refund using the original payment method.

REFUNDS

Once the product is received in our warehouse and its condition is verified, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of notification of the return.

In the case of a return, the refund amount will be the price of the returned product minus the corresponding return shipping cost.
