RETURNS
Items whose labels have been tampered with cannot be returned.
You have 15 business days after receiving your order to request a return for any item.
To initiate a return or size exchange, please access our form ( here ) by filling in the text boxes with the order ID and the email address used for the purchase:

All returned products must be in good condition and with the original packaging and labeling.
Once the return is approved, you will receive an email informing you of the refund to the payment method you used for the purchase. Payment will be processed within 15 business days.
The refund amount corresponds to the amount of the returned product less the corresponding return cost.
Return costs:
Returns for orders from Spain are free if delivered to a store, €4 if you request home pickup, and €3 if you deliver the package to a drop-off location.
Returns of orders from the EU have a cost of €15
Returns of orders from any other country have a cost of €25
CHANGES Spain
You can exchange a size or item free of charge. Please access our form ( here ) by filling in the text boxes with your order ID and the email address used during the purchase.
To exchange a size, the item you're returning must be in perfect condition. In good condition and with the original packaging and labels.
Once we've processed the exchange, the courier company will deliver the new item to you, and at that point, you'll need to hand over the item you want to exchange.
Changes in physical stores:
If you wish, you can exchange or return items free of charge at any of our stores in Barcelona, Bilbao, Girona, Madrid, Malaga, San Sebastian, Santander, and Valencia.
Please inform our assistants of the order number. Once the store informs us of the return, we will issue the refund to the payment method used for the purchase.

European Union:
Exchanges for EU orders have a cost of €20
Outside the EU
If you wish to exchange a product, you must initiate a return and purchase the new size or item.
If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it and purchase the new size.
ONLINE OUTLET
Spain
Returns are not accepted for products belonging to the "Outlet" category. These products may be exchanged for a different size, provided it is available, by clicking on the following link, indicating the order ID and email address used for the purchase.
If the requested size is not available, you can redeem the amount for a voucher with no expiration date for the online shop.
We do not refund money on outlet products.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted in physical stores.

No changes or returns are allowed.
REFUNDS
Once the product has been received at our warehouses and its condition has been verified, the refund will be processed via the payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after notification of withdrawal.
