How can I find out what happened to my order in case of an incident?

What payment methods can I use to place my order?
You can pay your order in different ways such as credit/debit card, Paypal, Bizum, Apple Pay, payment in installments with Klarna.
All personal or banking information is transmitted securely through an SSL-enabled server.
Card details are entered directly on the bank's website for greater security.
To pay with VISA or MASTERCARD, you need the card number, expiration date and payment code.

When will I recive my order?
For order deliveries within the territory of Spain, the approximate delivery time is 2 to 3 business days.
For order deliveries within European territory, the approximate delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.
For order deliveries to other countries, the approximate delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.
How much will I pay for shipping?
The shipping cost will depend on the geographical area.
The system will ask you for your personal information and the shipping address to calculate the transportation cost.
In Spain (Peninsula) shipping costs are free
In the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands the cost is €11.
European Union: free shipping for orders over €250. The cost for orders less than €250 is €15
United Kingdom: Minimum order is £137/€163 and shipping is €25
USA: €35
Will I be charged customs or import charges?
Customs costs are not included in the price and must be paid by the buyer.
United Kingdom: Due to Brexit, all UK orders over £137/€163 are now subject to any taxes and customs charges from the destination country. These costs and related procedures are the responsibility of the client/recipient.
You are responsible for paying all government taxes, administrative fees and customs duties collected by the carrier when using the website or making a purchase.
In the event that the recipient rejects the package due to additional customs fees invoiced to the recipient upon receipt, BEATRIZ FUREST reserves the right to invoice the amount of these customs duties initially owed by the customer up to €25.

What quality is the skin?
Our leather is Italian, of beef or lamb origin. It is handcrafted in workshops located in
Spain.
How to take care of Beatriz Furest's skin?
With a neutral wet wipe, we recommend using cream to moisturize it.
RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND
Can I exchange or return my order?
If you wish, you can change and/or return your order within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of your order.
The product must be in the same condition in which you received it, without apparent signs of use, correctly labeled and in its original packaging. We will not be able to return any item that is not in perfect condition.

Will they charge me?
Size changes in Spain are free.
Returns of orders from Spain have a cost of €4 if home collection is requested, €3 if taken to a delivery point.
This cost will be deducted from the refund.
Returns to the store are free.
Returns of orders from the EU have a cost of €15
Returns of orders from any other country have a cost of €25
Can I return in store?
If you wish, you can make a free exchange or return at any of our stores in Barcelona, Bilbao, Madrid, Málaga, San Sebastián, Santander and Valencia.
Inform our sales assistants of the order number. When the store informs us of the return, we will make the refund through the payment method used in the purchase.
