LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE MOTHER'S DAY RAFFLE

Mother's Day – €250 Voucher

1. ORGANIZER

The company BEATRIZ FUREST, S.L. (hereinafter, “the organization”), with CIF B-64458946 and registered office at Carrer Camp, 69 local, 08022 Barcelona, organizes this raffle for promotional purposes.

2. PURPOSE OF THE RAFFLE

On the occasion of Mother's Day, the organization is holding a raffle to encourage the purchase of products as gifts during this period.

All purchases made on the indicated dates will automatically participate in the raffle for a voucher for the online store.

3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE

The raffle is valid for orders placed in the Beatriz Furest online store within Spain and the European Union.

4. DURATION

The promotion will be valid from April 23, 2026, at 00:00h until April 25, 2026, at 23:59h (Spanish peninsular time).

5. PARTICIPATION MECHANICS

  • All customers who place an order in the online store during the promotional period will automatically participate in the raffle.
  • Each order placed counts as one entry in the raffle.
  • No additional action is required to participate.

6. PRIZE

The prize will consist of:

  • 1 purchase voucher worth €250 to be used in the Beatriz Furest online store.

Voucher conditions:

  • Not redeemable for cash.
  • To be used in one purchase.
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Valid until October 28, 2026.

7. WINNER SELECTION

  • The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid orders placed during the promotional period.
  • The draw will take place on April 29, 2026.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

  • The winner will be contacted via the email provided in their order.
  • If no response is received within 48 hours, the organization reserves the right to select a new winner.

9. RETURNS AND CANCELED ORDERS

  • Orders that are fully or partially returned or canceled before the draw date may be excluded from participation.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in this raffle implies full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions.

12. MODIFICATIONS

This raffle is governed by current Spanish law.
