RETURNS

You have a period of 14 days from the date of purchase of an order to request the return of any item.

To initiate a return or size exchange, please access the following link by filling in the text boxes with the order ID and the email used in the purchase:

All returned products must be in good condition and with the original packaging and labeling.

Once the return is approved, you will receive an email informing you of the refund made to the payment method with which you made the purchase in a maximum payment of 15 business days.

The refund amount corresponds to the returned product minus the corresponding return cost.

Return costs:

Returns of orders from Spain have a cost of €6

Returns of orders from the EU have a cost of €15

Returns of orders from any other country have a cost of €25

CHANGES Spain

You can make a size or color change for free. Please access the following link by filling in the text boxes with the order ID and the email used in the purchase:

To make a size change, the garment you are returning must be in perfect condition. In good condition and with the original packaging and labeling.

Once we have managed the change, the courier company will deliver the new garment to you and at that time you will have to deliver the one you want to change.

Changes in physical store:

If you wish, you can make a free exchange or return at any of our stores in Barcelona, ​​Bilbao, Madrid, Málaga, San Sebastián and Valencia.

Inform our sales assistants of the order number. When the store informs us of the return, we will make the refund through the payment method used in the purchase.

CHANGES rest of Spain

If you want to make an exchange, you must make the return and purchase the new size.

ONLINE OUTLET

Spain

Returns are not accepted for products that belong to the "Outlet" category; these may be changed in size following the procedure explained below. You have a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of shipment. In the event that the desired size is not available, a purchase voucher without expiration will be issued for the full amount.

Exchanges or returns are not accepted in physical stores. Write to us at shop@beatrizfurest.com for any questions.

Rest of Europe

No changes or refunds are allowed.

REFUNDS

Once the product is received in our warehouses and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded through the payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days following notification of the withdrawal.
