SHIPPING COSTS

Spain:

Free shipping to mainland Spain on orders over €89.

For orders under €89, the shipping cost is €4.95.

Canary and Balearic Islands: €11

European Union: €15 for orders under €250. Free shipping for orders over €250.

United Kingdom*: €25 (minimum order £137)

USA: €45

Customs fees are not included in the price and must be paid by the buyer.

SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMES

The maximum delivery time established by law is 30 days.

We prepare orders Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, once payment has been confirmed. If you place your order outside of these hours, we will prepare it so it is ready the next business day.

To Spain: 2-3 business days.

To Europe: 3-5 business days.

Rest of the world: 7-10 business days, excluding customs.

United Kingdom*: Due to Brexit, all UK orders exceeding £137/€163 are now subject to any applicable taxes and customs duties of the destination country. These costs and related formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.

You are responsible for paying all government taxes, administrative fees, and customs duties charged by the carrier when using the website or making a purchase.

In the event that the recipient refuses the package due to additional customs charges billed to the recipient upon delivery, BEATRIZ FUREST reserves the right to invoice the customer for the amount of these customs duties initially owed, up to €25.

*During special sales periods (sales, outlet, Christmas, etc.) shipping times may be increased by up to 5 business days.
